“Being married to a black man is like modern day slavery” – Huddah Monroe

Curvy Kenyan Socialite Huddah Monroe has bared her mind on why she feels 99% of women married to black men are unhappy. She pointed out that ‘black men hate to see their women prosper’ Is this true ?? Well, below is what she shared on her social media ; why is it that 99% of women married to black men are always unhappy? Frustrated, they have low self esteem, looking sad and disappionted with life? It’s like being married to a black man is modern day slavery. From my own observation, most black men hate to see a woman prosper. They hate to see you doing good. Thet hate to elevate you, so they crash your dreams, they tell you all the negative things about you so that you can have low self esteem, Once you have low self esteem, you have nothing left but them coz of how bad you’d be feeling about yourself. Then boom, their mission is accomplished, then they can toy with you anyhow! anytime! MAY GOD FORBID! Emotional abuse is worse than physical abuse. When someone ...

A preview shared on his social media timeline, today, portrayed Davido as a highly skilled commercial pilot who has a lot of money to spend. The movie also features veteran reggae artiste Majek Fashek, whose music career Davido’s character tries to revive. It could be too early to decide if Davido would perform extraordinarily well in the movie. Customs intercept another 2,671 pump action rifles imported from Turkey

Oleh 9jahive Blog - September 22, 2017

- The comptroller-general of the Nigeria Customs Service, Hameed Ali, says the service has ordered a detailed profile of all imports, especially those coming from Turkey

- The customs boss urges Nigerians to rise up and remain vigilant to deal decisively with the enemies of the country

- Ali says the service will continue to subject all containers to 100 per cent examination until 80 per cent of the customs agents abide with global practices.

The Tin-Can Island command of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has intercepted another 2,671 rifles illegally imported into Nigeria.

The guns were alleged to have been imported from Turkey through profiling approach.

The comptroller-general of NCS, retired Col Hameed Ali, told journalists in Lagos on Thursday, September 21, that the seizure was the fourth at the Lagos ports within eight months, News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports.

“Following the increase in the number of arms seizures in recent times, the Customs Area Controller of Tin-Can Port, Comptroller, Yusuf Bashar, ordered a detailed profile of all imports, especially those coming from Turkey.

“Customs decided to follow profiling approach of 100 per cent examination on containers, especially those containers coming from Turkey.

“Tin-Can Customs command intercepted another 20ft container No CMAUI817/8 containing 470 pump action rifles, immediately the container landed from the port of origin to Nigerian ports.’’

"The terminal operators have been was consequently directed to quarantine the container for analysis.

“The container was later transferred to the Enforcement Unit of the command where 100 per cent examination revealed 470 pump action rifles,” Ali said.

He said that the Bill of Lading of the container indicated Elbow Plumbing Plastics.

According to him, the importer of the cargo is Great Oil and Gas Ltd and the vessel named “MV Arkas Africa” owned by Hull Blyth.

He said that the NCS would now be responsive and capable of meeting the challenges being posed.

Ali urged Nigerians to rise up and remain vigilant to deal decisively with the enemies of the country, adding that this was what the federal government required all citizens to do.

The comptroller-general assured Nigerians that customs officers were now on alert following the directive he issued to all Customs area controllers.

Ali said that the management of the NCS had implemented a policy of rewarding good deeds as well as punishment for those who compromised.

He said that he would be having meeting with the ambassador of Turkey in order to rub minds over continuous importation of containers of ammunition into Nigeria.

Ali said that customs would continue to subject all containers to 100 per cent examination until 80 per cent of the Customs agents abide with global practices. He said that some innocent importers were being affected as a result of constant false declaration of cargoes.

“We are going to subject all areas of Customs operations to 100 per cent examination to safeguard life of the citizens. He, however, said that since the container belonged to the same importer of 1,100 rifles intercepted on September 11, investigation was on-going to fish out those connected with the container.

Meanwhile, the Nigeria Customs Service arrested and detained 28 officers working at the Tin Can Island port on Wednesday, September 20, following the interception of over 1,500 rifles, Vanguard reports.

The development came on the heels of the resolve of the command to fish out and prosecute officers who were part of the scheme to clear the container which brought in the weapons.

NAIJ.com gathers that the affected officers are being interrogated to ascertain their level of involvement and many more officers are likely to be detained over the development.

According to a source who spoke on the condition of anonymity, after the service has conducted a thorough investigation, the detained officers would be charged to court alongside their civilian collaborators.

However, some of the arrested officers may be released and let off the hook if the investigation proves that they are not culpable; as reports indicate that some of them were only involved in documentation but were not aware of what was contained in the cargo.

Attack on Enugu mosque is shocking - Catholic Bishop

Oleh 9jahive Blog - September 20, 2017

- The Catholic Bishop of Nsukka Diocese has condemned the attack on a mosque in Oguurute in Enugu Ezike, Enugu state - The Bishop said the destruction and burning of the mosque came to him as a shock - He also enjoined all Muslims to remain calm and view the incident as an act designed to instigate violence and disrupt the peace we have all enjoyed The Catholic Bishop of Nsukka Diocese in Enugu state has commiserated with the Muslim community over the destruction of the central mosque at Oguurute in Enugu Ezike. The diocese said the attack on the mosque by suspected members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) is irresponsible and unfortunate. Having paid a visit to the mosque and the Imam a day after the attack, the Catholic Bishop of Nsukka Diocese Most Reverend Professor Godfrey Onah said the attack came to him as a shock. Onah in a statement released on Wednesday, September 20, by the press secretary to the Bishop, Reverend Father Ernest Makata, said the Muslim community has been living in peace with its neighbours as brothers and sisters.

He said: "We have a handful of the Muslim community in Enugu Ezike, IbagwaAka and some other communities and never has it been known that any rancour existed between them and any other group. Hence, this unprecedented mindless destruction of a place of worship is not just abhorrent but totally unacceptable and should be condemned by all.Our Christian faith teaches us that we should love our neighbours as ourselves (Mk. 12:31)." "Therefore, do unto others as you would have them do to you (Lk.6:31).None of us would like to witness this kind of carnage on our Churches or Shrines. In this wise, we cannot allow such to happen to a Mosque either. "The Bishop hence appeals for caution from all individuals and groups and think about the actual and ripple effects of any action we undertake. Nsukka zone is known for her peaceful and harmonious existence. Prof Godfrey Igwbuike Onah, while sympathizing with the Muslim community at Ogurute and the entire nation, assures them of the support of the Catholic Church in the diocese. He promises that the Church will do whatever is within her power to ensure that the Moslems and the Christians will continue to live in peace." The Bishop further enjoined Muslims to see the church as partners in these trying times and socio-political upheavals in Nigeria.

He also appealed to Muslim leaders to calm their adherents and view the incident as an act designed to instigate violence and disrupt the peace we have all enjoyed. The only way to make them feel ashamed of themselves is to plant love and good where they plant hate and evil.Let all Christians, Muslims and African Traditional Religionists join hands to maintain peace and order and hold on to the highest tenets of our religions which is hinged on love for one another," he said.

University of Lagos has postponed post UTME examinations

    Oleh 9jahive Blog - September 19, 2017

The institution did not state reasons why the exercise was postponed.

    UNILAG Gate  (Toptennigeria)

University of Lagos has postponed post UTME examinations that was earlier scheduled to hold from Sept. 18 to Sept. 22.

The institution did not state reasons why the exercise was postponed but Dr Taiwo Ipaye, the institution’s Registrar and Secretary to Council says that a new date for the screening would be announced later on the university’s website.

In a statement released on Tuesday, September 12, the Registrar urged candidates seeking admission into the institution to regularly visit the school's website.

“Candidates and the public are requested to visit the institution’s website regularly for information on the new dates.

“However, this postponement does not affect the ongoing application for the post-UTME screening which closes officially on Sept. 15,’’

Recalled that Federal Government banned higher institutions across the country from organizing post UTME under the pretext that it was designed to exploit admission seekers.

MY ADVICE FOR THOSE DRUMING FOR WAR

    Oleh 9jahive Blog - September 16, 2017
MY ADVICE FOR THOSE DRUMMING FOR WAR

    By: Jeff Okoi Wofai
As ethnic lords from the North, East, West and South continue in efforts to trigger a second civil war, international military hardware merchants who brainwashed the foreign based agitators to employ an uncompromising attitude are instigating and preparing to sell their arms while we get our parents, wives and children ready to pay the bitter prices.
The gullible ones believe war is the answer and provoking same by their words and actions each passing day, the unwise ones are so selfish and inconsiderate, refusing to caution their people, thinking that their families or any part of the country will be immune to the consequences of a possible 2017 civil war simply because they didn't participate in the agitation.

Perhaps, many do not know that the Civil War didn't extend beyond Ore to the West and didn't exceed Benue to the North. At the very end, both gladiators (Gowon & Ojukwu) lived because they never set foot upon the battlefield of the wars they ignited but over three million innocent women, children and elderly died unnecessarily. Meanwhile, all the crooks travelled to safe areas with their families just as would repeat should another civil war breakout. Niger Delta militant generals are all alive but over 60% of their boys are dead, Al Zakzarki is alive but hundreds of his gullible followers are dead.

As you continue to conjure the next civil war, call for a town hall meeting in your respective communities and prepare the minds of your aged parents for a violent death, counsel your wives and daughters of the emotional trauma that incessant rapes would create because surely over 30% shall be raped in just 6mths of chaos. Also, make plans because most of your children shall become orphans and child soldiers and those who survive shall end up in REFUGEE Camps in Niger, Chad, Benin Republic and Cameroon.
The last Civil war was ignited on a conference table and was also resolved on a conference table, wouldn't it be wiser to have avoided the war in between. Like and Share, we cant continue in silence until our Loved ones become the collateral damage.
